My interest in personal training started several years ago, when I was fresh out of high school. I was always fascinated with how the body worked and how far it can be pushed to reach specific goals. Eventually, my fascination turned into actualization. I decided to put my career idea, at that time, on hold to learn and perfect my craft in bodybuilding. Over four years ago, I received my NASM certification and moved forward with a simple goal to help change as many lives as possible by assisting others in reaching their fitness goals. In 2019, I participated in body-building competitions throughout DE and MD, winning 2nd place in a few and walking away with the Mr. Delaware title in the Men’s Physique Division. ​

Overall Goal
​My overall goal is to build a strong foundation of wellness, strength, and confidence within each of my clients! By the time you all reach your physical goals, you will also have gained a strong understanding of everything that we do. You will not only know how to work the body, but you will also have learned skills and techniques necessary to ensure a healthy lifestyle. You will leave my program with a newfound confidence that will play a role in your ability to take control of your life and be successful in all aspects of it!

Services include group and individual packages, targeting weight loss, cardiovascular training, weight training, and muscular development/toning.
*In Gym 1 on 1 Personal Training:
​60-minute sessions will be 100% tailored to you with a personalized program that has been designed to help you reach the specific goal that you have in mind. 
*At Home 1 on 1 Personal Training:
60-minute sessions includes a personalized program tailored  to help you reach the specific goal that you have in mind while working out in the comfort of your own home.
*Online Personal Training Program:
Customized programs tailored to you to help you maximize progression. This is great for people who are simply looking for a coach and guidance but are unable to meet in person or feel experienced enough to follow a structured program by themselves. Along with the developed program, I provide weekly check-ins and updates must be provided.

*In Gym Sessions:
$80/Session
Monthly payments available upon request and will include a discount.
*In Home Sessions:
$90/Session
Monthly payments available upon request and will include a discount.
*Group Sessions:
$45/Per person
Must have at least 3 people per group. Monthly payments available upon request.
*Online Coaching Sessions:
$175/month
Bi-monthly or quarterly payments available upon request and will include a discount.
